Smoothie bowls are great but I often think that the amount is too much. That is why I have created this Japanese superfood inspired smoothie cup. So cute, so small, so satisfying. It can be the perfect snack, dessert or breakfast (especially if your are not big breakfast person).
Ingredients:
1 and 3/4 of a banana
1/2 of a persimmon
1/4 of an apple
2 tsp of matcha powder or a superfood powder of your choice
Toppings:
1 tsp of oats
1 tsp of dried blueberries
3 edible flowers
Sliced Banana (the remaining 1/4)
How to make:
Cut the banana, persimmon and apple into small pieces and freeze over night. Put the frozen fruit and matcha powder in a blender and combine. Pour the smoothie mixture into a small cup, add the toppings and enjoy.
