Pure Bliss


Always being on-the-go and generally a very busy person, I have trouble always finding the perfect snack when I go out. With these Japanese style bliss balls, they give me the perfect boost of energy I need. You can just pop one in your mouth as you get out the door, or take them with you! These to me are the perfect amount of sweet. You only need 3 ingredients! So try making your choice of flavor bliss ball today!


Bliss ball (the base) ( makes about 6 small balls)

Ingredients:

1 cup of dates

2 tsp of almond butter

2 tbsp of oats

(optional) 1 tsp of sesame powder


How to make:

Soak the dates in hot water for about 10-15 min. Pour out the water and place them in a blender. Add the almond butter and oats in and blend until becomes a thick dough. Roll the base out into the size of balls you want and enjoy!


Toppings:

I used purple sweet potato powder and sesame seeds. You can roll the base in whatever you like!
