It's too pretty to eat!


Sometimes visually appealing cuisine is so high in calories with its complicated sauces and flavors.I want my food to be beautiful but I don't want the guilt that can come with it. For someone who struggles with their weight, something like this agar agar terrine is perfect. So incredibly low in calorie but filling and beautiful.

Once again, I introduce to you a super simple recipe with only FOUR ingredients.


Ingredients:

1/2 packet of agar-agar

1/4 vegetable bullion

1/4 carrot

4 red or green okura (any veg)

dash of salt and pepper


Follow the instructions on the agar-agar packet for how much water to boil!


How to make:

Boil water. Put all ingredients in except for the agar-agar. Mix well then put stove on low heat. Then add the agar-agar. Stir for about 2 minutes. Place the mixture in any mold, wait 5-10 minutes then enjoy!


Optional: I recommend adding a dollop of vegan mayo on top for extra texture and flavor!
