I drink lots of water. It is so incredibly good for you and your skin! But have you ever thought water can be a little boring to drink? I want my life full of beauty and that does not exclude what I eat or drink. This recipe is perfect when you are having people over for tea or brunch or when you just want something beautiful for you. You can make this with any fruit combination you like! Once again simple, refreshing, and delicious recipe, coming at you!
Ingredients:
1/2 lemon
handful of mint
1/3 cup wild dried blueberries
2 tbsp maple syrup
1/2 packet of agar-agar
optional: edible flowers
Follow the instructions on the agar-agar packet for how much water to boil!
How to make:
Boil water. Put the agar-agar in and stir on a low heat. Then put the blueberries and maple syrup in with the agar-agar. Stir for about 2 minutes. Then pour the mixture into an ice cube tray and place the edible flowers on top. Wait for about 5-10 minutes for the agar-agar to solidify. While waiting for the agar-agar, slice up the lemon and wash the mint. Then take out the solidified agar-agar gently with a butterknife (non-sharp knife). Place the agar-agar cubes in a pitcher first, then add the mint and sliced lemon. Lastly, add in the water (sparkling water is good too!) and enjoy!
