Who has a sweet tooth? I sure do. I am always looking for ways to eat healthy but satisfy my craving for sweets! This chia seed pudding is super simple yet filling and it is only three ingredients!
Ingredients:
2 tbsp chia seeds
1/4 cup almond milk (any milk)
1 tbsp maple syrup (if you want it less sweet 1/2 tbsp)
How to make:
Mix all the ingredients and put in the fridge for 30min to overnight (the longer you let it set, the texture becomes thicker). Then add any toppings and enjoy!
Toppings used: banana, wild strawberries and chocolate granola.
